Great Basin National Park, located in eastern Nevada, is renowned for its pristine night skies and minimal light pollution. It has been designated as an International Dark Sky Park, making it a prime location for stargazing and astronomical observations.

I've been to GBNP and it is an awesome place. Wheeler Peak hosts the only glacier in the Great Basin Desert as well as bristlecine pines 4.000 years old! The setting is spectacular.
